Built for on-premise first
Our systems are designed to run inside your infrastructure with no external connection — not as an extra option, but as the default.
A Saudi technology company since 2019, specialized in correspondence, document and records management for sovereign, military and government entities.
We started in 2019 with a simple observation: the Kingdom’s most sensitive entities — the ones that most need accuracy and documentation — were the slowest to go digital. Not for lack of budget, but because the available options were either global products that didn’t understand Saudi administrative procedure, or local ones that couldn’t meet security and on-premise hosting requirements.
We chose to build for the hardest clients: entities that won’t host their data outside their own walls, can’t afford a lost transaction, and won’t accept a decision without a record to prove it. That constraint gave rise to the Hexmate platform.
Our Arabic name — Khalaya Al-Mustaqbal, “future cells” — describes how we work: independent modules that act as one cell. You start with one module and expand when you’re ready, without rebuilding from scratch each time.
The best thing you can say about a technology company is who trusts it. Our clients include:

Earning the trust of a sovereign security entity and a GCC military command is not a test you pass with a slide deck.
Registered with the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST) as a technology establishment.
RI26-2086Digital Government Authority (DGA) contractor classification in two activities: application development, and ICT consulting.
Our systems are designed to run inside your infrastructure with no external connection — not as an extra option, but as the default.
Arabic content processing isn’t bolted on to our products; our reading and classification engine was built around it from the start.
Handover isn’t the end of the relationship. Our support team is in Riyadh, and later expansions build on what we delivered — not on a new project.
We start by documenting your current process as it is, not by pitching what we have — so what we build fits you, not the market.
Our clients in the sovereign and military sectors accept no half-measures here, and that has shaped the way we build:
Our systems run entirely within your own infrastructure (on-premise), with no external connection.
Whether on your servers or in cloud hosting, your data stays within national borders.
Encryption at rest and in transit, with keys managed inside your own environment.
Control at the module, folder, document and field level — not just system-wide.
Every access or change is logged with who made it and when — whether it succeeded or was denied.
Field delivery teams work under confidentiality agreements and the clearances your entity sets.
Al Rawdah, Riyadh. Our entire team is in the Kingdom, and our support works from here — not from another time zone.
