Digital transformation is a project, not a software subscription
An entity that buys a system but never digitizes its existing archive gets an empty system — and employees who drift back to paper. An entity whose procedure no off-the-shelf product covers needs someone to build it, not someone to sell it the closest thing available.
Our services close both gaps: we get your data ready for the digital world, and we build what doesn’t exist off the shelf.
We get your data ready for the digital world
We digitize your paper archive and index it with AI, so your system goes live full of what you actually hold — not empty.
We build what doesn’t exist off the shelf
Systems, portals and apps built around your own procedures, integrating with what you already run instead of replacing it.

Read service detailsWhy our archiving is different from conventional scanning
Most archiving companies hand you PDF files sorted into folders. That isn’t digital transformation — it’s moving paper onto a hard drive.
We apply AI at the archiving stage itself: every page is read with Arabic OCR, each document is classified automatically by type, and its key data is extracted (contract number, date, counterparty, expiry date) into fields you can sort and set alerts on.
The practical difference: instead of an archive you search by file name, you get one that answers a question like “Which contracts expire within 90 days?” — instantly.
